Our Traditional Lawn Care Program is comprehensive, providing fertilizer, weed controls, and lime to the lawn. All nutrients essential for healthy grass plants are included and custom blended for application at the proper time of the year. When these products are combined with our outstanding, professional service, and lower prices, the result is a lawn care program providing an excellent value to the consumer. This program provides essential nutrients for healthy grass plants. Soil testing allows us to customize the program to provide the best results. The Traditional Plus Program also incorporates seven applications which are explained in further detail below.
Traditional Spring I (January-March)
This application provides a balanced liquid fertilizer designed to promote spring growth. Controls for crabgrass and broadleaf weeds are also applied.
Traditional Spring I (March-May)
This liquid fertilizer application provides the lawn with an excellent nitrogen source. Controls for broadleaf weeds and crabgrass are included.
Traditional Spring I (May-June)
This application provides a slow-released liquid fertilizer source with iron and micro-nutrients. Controls for weeds are applied as needed.
Traditional Summer II (July-August)
This application provides lime to the lawn for proper Ph adjustment. Solucal is used because it activates quickly. Controls for weeds are applied as needed.
Traditional Fall I (August-October)
This application is designed to coincide with fall aeration and overseeding. It is a high in phosphorus granular fertilizer that provides a slow-released feeding that is beneficial to new seedlings as well as established turf.
Traditional Fall I (August-October)
This application provides a granular fertilizer. It will help your lawn stay fresh and green throughout the fall.
Traditional Winterizer (November-January)
This application provides a much needed nitrogen source for the lawn. The cold weather months are the time of the year when food sources are stored in the root system of the turf in preparation for the spring growth explosion.
